TGIF at GReads! {26}

 TGIF is a weekly feature hosted by Ginger over at GReads! Each week, Ginger asks her followers a question to help us get to know one another better. It's also a chance to re-cap blog posts from the past week. This week's question:

Most Popular: Which blog post has gotten the most comments/activity on your blog this year?

Confession: I've always felt kind of let down by the number of views I see on my posts. I now believe this is because I've never gone back and looked at past posts, just the most current ones. I will not be making this mistake again. Holy buckets!

I don't get a lot of comments for some reason. But my post that has gotten the most page views this year has also gotten the most comments. I'm going to give you my top 6 posts that have gotten the most page views this year, starting with the lowest.

6. I'm a Ravenclaw, I Like to Read Books - This post was all about my experience at LeakyCon (a Harry Potter Con) and some about the journey that got me there. I was really surprised at the number of page views it had gotten this year!

5. Review: Existence by Abbi Glines - I'm really happy this one has gotten more attention, because I loved this book, and I think Abbi's awesome. And it's only been up since Saturday!

4. Review: Feed by M. T. Anderson - When I look at the keyword searches that have led to my blog, searches about this book are consistently on that list. Tons of views. And zero comments. Go figure.

3. Review: Breathe by Abbi Glines - Another great book by Abbi! This was the first book of hers that I reviewed.

2. 25 Days of Jubilation Giveaway - Yay!!! I'm so glad I was able to participate in 25 Days of J this year. There are so many other fabulous blogs participating and I feel so lucky to be on the list with them!  You should check out the list of participants here and make sure to enter all the giveaways!

And......

1. Author Interview: Abbi Glines - Are you seeing a pattern here?? If you haven't read anything by Abbi Glines yet, you really need to! She has 3 books out, 2 contemp and 1 paranormal romance! She writes amazing, swoon-worthy boys, and awesome gals. Go get one of her books right now! This post also had the most comments of any other post this year.

There are a couple posts that I wish had gotten a little more attention this year. My review of Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma, for example. This book was so moving and intense. It deals with a really tough subjects, but they were handled with such grace. There was also a really neat post that I found on tumblr and posted on my blog: Date a Girl Who Reads. It's one of my favorites this year and got very little attention.

Since Existence was my only post this week, and it's already linked up there, I'm not going to do a re-cap this week.

I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!
